不錯 The staff at the hotel was wonderful. Unfortunately overall the property has gone downhill since the last time we stayed there in 2021. The rooms are very rundown, pillows are horrific and the mattress is in desperate need of replacement. In addition the room was extremely hot with poor ventilation.

The location of the hotel is excellent - center of the city and close to all. It is clean and comfortable, but the bathroom is not a user-friendly. The sink is tiny with a tall faucet that is in the middle, it's hard to use the sink because you can not fit your face on either side of faucet. On top of this, there is no shelf to even put a toothbrush on.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made the stay enjoyable.
The biggest downside is the noise on Friday and Saturday nights. If you're staying over the weekend, I recommend requesting a room away from the West Building. There was loud music and drumming that continued until around midnight, making it difficult to relax or get to sleep early.
Overall, it was a good stay, but choosing the right room location can make a big difference.

The staff here are amazing. They go above and beyond with their help. From luggage storage, to how to work their website this staff was always pleasant to talk to. The room was beautiful and the blackout curtains felt so cozy. I loved my time there. It’s located in the heart of everything it’s close to bus stop 6 so I could go on any adventure (the staff helps you book too if you need it) on my last day I tried the breakfast. I’ve heard great things about their bread from all of my guides. Let me tell you it does not disappoint. If you want a luxury feel this is totally the place to stay.
