Great hotel that's also in a fabulous location right next to the train station and a couple of minutes to shops, bars and restaurants. Air conditioning broke and they straight away moved us to a bigger better room, staff very friendly.

The rooms are spotless staff very helpful location great stayed many times with no issues

There was a long running power problem that wasn’t adequately communicated. We had to use a neighbouring hotel for breakfast both mornings. The family room was spacious but very dark. I didn’t find it good value for the money we paid.

Welcoming reception. Room spotless, close to amenities and ext to the rail station.

A convenient location a couple minutes walk from Cardiff station, with an excellent team running it.

The room was small but clean and in a perfect location. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Average hotel - the rooms are tiny! I checked in during the heat wave and the AC in the room was broken. Breakfast was below average! Staff on the other hand are super nice and friendly!

Great hotel. Excellent value and perfect location.

Staff are fantastic. AC didn’t work in my room during a heatwave and they wasted no time moving me to another. Easy check in/out. Great for a night’s stay.

Lovely, helpful staff team.
