Todo estuvo muy bien.

Upon arrival I was blatantly ignored and so I patiently waited to check in. Within minutes two white males cut me and got helped before me even after I politely reminded the service agent I was here before them. They ignored it and helped my 15 minutes after they finished helping the two white males. This was absurd and I made sure the service agent knew that. It was distasteful and luckily I got out there the next day. The location was perfect bc it was right outside the airport and the lobby was stunning. The service sucked and the rooms were surprisingly outdated. The walls were stained and there was hair in my shower. I was so fed up I just sucked it up and left the following morning at 6:30am. I was never told where the gym was, where I could find anything; how to purchase things from the hotel little kiosk. I had to figure all that in my own. Not the experience I was hoping for after a whole day of travels, but it was telling when I was not acknowledged when I walked in and they decided to help two other white males before me when I was there first patently waiting to check in my family and i

Decent and close to the airport

Clean room. Easy access to airport by way of terminal 3

We pick this hotel because was so convenient to be by the airport. The stuff is very nice and the hotel is beautiful.

Comfortable and clean. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was e pensive as expected.

The property was clean and well maintained. The breakfast was also great, with a variety of offerings. My issue is that when we arrived I was not told about our executive room getting access to the lounge with drinks and a small continental breakfast. It caused a lot of confusion and I had to go to the room to contact Hilton. I tried chat and was on hold for 20 minutes, so I called and was told I did get the lounge, but was never given a card key for it. So I had to go back downstairs, get in line and get a key from another representative. This was time consuming and a cause for frustration.
