Rooms were too small; and we found some empty alcohol bottles under the bed. Staffs were decent. The room temperature was not ideal.

no wash cloths loose shower wand assembly falling off loose sink faucet had to call down for wash cloths 4 times only to be told you don't have them forgot to add us t airport shuttle breakfast was terrible extremely runny eggs oj machine was empty etc..

不錯 certains membres du personnel sont vraiment aimable comme le gérant et d’autres nous disent pas bonsoir lorsqu’on rentre à l’hôtel mais en général le staff est gentil. il était pas possible de faire un early check in alors les chambres sont vraiment disponibles après 15h peut etre par manque de personnel? il a pris du temps avant d’avoir des updates du personnel par rapport à savoir si le early check in était possible. L’alarme de feu arrêtait pas de sonner meme s’il n’y avait pas de feu. une fois il a sonné 5 fois la nuit pendant qu’on dormait. Le staff nettoie bien en général et le déjeuner est bon mais l’assiette pour se servir est petite.

This was the perfect place to stay in Reims. Modern, clean hotel, beautiful rooftop, amazing breakfast, and close to everything! Loved it here and would definitely return!
