Room and facilities were good however the restaurant food quality and pricing was horrible. I happened to speak with others who had stayed there as well and they all complained about the horrible food quality in the restaurant. It was also way overpriced. Very very low quality and prices comparable to a nice fine dining restaurant. I noted also the room service prices as outrageous. An hamburger was close to 40 Euro for room service. I guess they feel they can get away with the low quality and high rices since you are captive at the hotel with little to no other choices

很好 Very convenient place to stay before an early flight at that large airport. Apparently they also rent short term for a stop-over rest.
The room was clean and ordered on the lines of an American business hotel, so very convenient in terms of amenities. I didn’t go to the fine dining restaurant as it seemed expensive and the menu wasn’t appealing to me. The cocktail lounge was nice.

極佳獨自入住
The Sheraton was a great hotel to spend a night at CDG. Conveniently located in Terminal 2, access was great. The bed and linens were exceptional, leading to a good rest before an AM departure. The bar/restaurant offered a great special for dining. Front staff were welcoming and accommodating. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here and I will do so again.

Very clean room. The reception should get training about dealing with handicap guests. Check in time was 2pm, we got there at 4:30pm and were told our suite is not ready. I said I need to lay down and they have give me any room. In 2 minutes she found us another suite!!!
The TV and one of the phones were broken, the hair dryer needed instructions from front desk.
It was an anxiety causing event for me,
