Never stay at this hotelWorst hotel I always stay at Marriot or Ramada this time kids were tired and this hotel came in way so I ended up staying there booked through Expedia and paid $726 for 2 Fallsview room while parking in their parking lot when went to the hotel desk the guy said he doesn’t have the rooms we booked so he said I’m gonna do something as compensation he will upgrade one of the rooms so we can stay together with kids he said it’s not much just $180 on one of the room we said ok, we went up to the room and saw the rooms still were not together there was a gap of 1 room in between and when we were charged 726 by Expedia and Hyatt regency also charged us 750 when we called and complained then their manager said I will not do anything about it and hung up on us. Worst customer service he had never ever do the mistake by staying at this hotel this is how they charge people by not explaining them about what they are doing and charging them.

Bedspread and pillows smelled terrible. The view was incredible. Staff were friendly and helpful, except at the checkout. Too many hidden fees such as C$100, DMC $60, HST $72.80, DMC, $37.59, $12.00, $14.56 A total of $961.10 parking fees for two days.

Room was spacious! Staff was very friendly.

Our room was exactly as described it was bright and clean had lots of towels available. The view was great we loved looking over the horseshoe falls. Location was fantastic! Lots of options for restaurants, close to the Casino and the walking path to the falls. we would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Great size room for a family of 6 (3 queen beds). Many restaurants in walking distance. Parking options: onsite was $70 / offsite $35 but not convenient if you are travelling with kids.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The view was amazing and the staff very helpful. It was an amazing stay would definitely recommend this hotel.

We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel staff were incredible! The pricing was very nice. The accommodations were way above expectations. Our room had a small window we could open and listen to the falls. We had a great view of the falls and the fireworks. Everyone was ready to help in any way they could. Definitely will be staying here next time we are in the area. Easy access to the falls and plenty of food options. Only regret is not staying longer to explore more of the area. Highly recommended for anyone with any and all needs!
