Would like to have had a microwave in the room. Although it stated walking distance to the falls it was difficult to walk places. Description was not accurate. Our description included a balcony . We were on the ground no balcony and our view was the parking lot!

Staff was great. Kids loved the outdoor pool. Adjoining indoor pool too. Our room had a kitchen sink that was convenient but no microwave.

The staff is friendly and I love the hotel because it’s near at the Niagara Falls and I will definitely stay there again.

The room was good and spacious. The sheets were not change daily and only two towels were provided for three people. The breakfast at the restaurant was ok. Something’s were cold and the croissants were kind of hard.

Fabulous surprise! We used to come to their outdoor patio for drinks but had no idea how the actual hotel was. We decided to stay one night and enjoyed it immensely. Our room had been renovated - we booked the mobility upgraded room and it had large door openings a beautiful walk in shower. It was on the first floor and had a small patio and easy access to a lovely outdoor pool - there is an indoor pool as well and the parking is free and very close to the hotel. My wife had recent knee surgery and all the adaptations built in were appreciated. We opted for the breakfast package and it was a full breakfast buffet!!! An absolute gem - very family friendly! Will definitely be back!

Overall this was a great hotel for the price! Comfortable beds, great location. The condition of the chairs in room was the only issue, they were very well worn but useable.

Location was great - short walking distance (10 minutes) to mainline of attractions. Hotel itself was clean but dated. Overpriced for what we got.
