Good

Check in was awesome and I was several hours early for check in and they managed to accommodate which I did not expect. Room was very nice and clean. They were very helpful for navigating around the town on foot. Shopping centre and parks close by as well as museum and pubs. I was not a fan of the food in the restaurant on site though. It could be I’m just not used to the preparation here, but one item was drenched in butter which I’m not used to. The breakfast buffet I found to be a little dried out. All in all I would definitely stay here again. Location was good and very close to cruise terminal. Still recommend taxis or uber to get to terminal as it would be a bit challenging with luggage.

Very nice clean and quiet hotel. Excellent location to cruise port. Staff were very helpful in organizing transportation.

The hotel was fantastic but it was advertised with a pool and this has since been closed down, hotels still advertising this and it was one of the reasons I stayed

perfect location pre cruise.

Room was lovely, pillows were awful. food was good. Using the lift was a bit of a nightmare. Managed to get the suitcases down, but could not get into a lift to take our 4 bags down. We are in our mid seventies and ended walking down eight flights of stairs. FInally, could not believe we paid £20. TOO PARK. Would have to think about coming again.

Very helpful staff and plush decor

Hotel and staff were great. They were well prepared for the onslot of cruiser heading out the next day. The only down side I’d give are the lifts are small and can’t move many people at a time. Other than that if you are needing a place to stay before your next cruise adventure this is the spot.

Amazing stay, staff very helpful, Food is delicious, rooms were lovely and comfortable, although we weren’t going on a cruise on this occasion, but this hotel will definitely a contender when we do, location is fantastic.
