The hotel was in a great location and close to both the historical old section of town and the large shopping center at Westquay. It is walking distance to the train and bus stations. The cruise terminals are also close by.

Would be excellent but for the tiny shower cubicle in the bathroom in our suite in which a massive jacuzzi bath had taken up a huge proportion of the otherwise spacious bathroom. The Bidet was very nice addition though. Lack of detachable shower hose in the shower cubicle was very annoying, especially as there was hardly room to move in there. Fixed shampoo and soap dispensers on the wall instead of individual items left out was also disappointing for a hotel of this grade. Otherwise, general areas, the room itself and the very good staff did the hotel credit. These bathroom niggles and the tatty state of the pool and sauna area however prevents this hotel from getting an “excellent” rating from me.

極佳 The room was clean and beautiful. The staff was helpful, including holding our luggage til check in time so we could enjoy our day unencumbered. Our breakfast options were plentiful and food was very good. The casual restaurant was very good too!

極佳 Had a lovely overnight stay before embarking on a cruise. Excellent location, lovely room. Great breakfast. A really good start to our holiday.

低於平均 Lobby and restaurants were great. Food for breakfast was very good. Rooms and hallways were very poorly maintained. We had water coming through the floor and they did switch rooms for us. Tub was so bad wife wouldn’t take a bath in it. Very disappointing for the price we paid. Pool area and changing rooms were extremely poorly maintained.
