I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff at the front desk, as well as management, and the cleaning crew were all very courteous and kind.
The location of the hotel is excellent, right by the old town square. Walking pretty much everywhere is very convenient
I would highly recommend this place for visiting krakow.
