깨끗한 객실 ㆍ사우나 시설 좋고 위치도 매우 좋습니다

camera eccellente, molto pulita e accogliente, il personale è stato molto disponibile

Very good standard of hotel, with a high end feel. Staff were in the main very helpful, although the first day at breakfast we were not told what the process was, so ended up going up to staff and asking for menu's and ordering. Overall, everything was very good.

Hotel is fantastic and the staff are so polite and friendly . Very clean and quality finished . We stayed in a standard Queen room which was compact , but had everything you need . Very quiet room with no surrounding noise . Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice . Excellent location between the old town and the Jewish district . Not far to walk to the attractions in Krakow

Clean and comfortable beds

Breakfast was amazing, and the staff was always very friendly and helpful.

Perfect location for Krakow trip with perfect accommodation. Exceeds standards of other Indigo hotels. I loved the room, the restaurant and spa. Will be back again

Stylish hotel in a fantastic location Hotel Indigo Kraków – Wawel Castle is a superb hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a small but excellent shower. Breakfast was very good, especially for European guests. The spa offers a sauna, salt room, relaxation area, and gym—though a jacuzzi would have been a nice addition. The bar is excellent, but closes a little early at 11 PM. Overall, a clean, stylish hotel with great facilities in a perfect location for exploring Kraków.

Staff was amazing, saunas were amazing the rooms were amazing. The city of Krakow was amazing. 10/10 in every aspect.
