Very nice staff, clean room, good location.

The team were friendly, the location was ideal, and the room was exactly what I needed. Really comfy bed!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Excellent location

Great hotel and all the staff were friendly and helpful. We had 3 rooms between us and all were slightly different. The location was excellent, 20 min walk from the main square up a straight road. We didn’t book breakfast but the hotel was close to some great cafes. Pharmacy and convenient stores close by. Definitely would go back to Krakow and stay in this hotel.

Staff were very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The room was exceptionally clean and air conditioned which was very welcome in 30+ degree heat. Breakfast was of a very good standard with plenty of choice whether you decided to have hot or cold options. Overall a very pleasant stay and I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is really modern and well equipped. The wifi is really not good if your room is in the 5th floor, the staff is nice but they don’t say hello. Also, the price of the Cena is absolutely not 39 zloty even if they wrote it. Two times my room has not been cleaned. Nice bed, good climatisation. Restaurant is okay but not exceptional.

Such a gorgeous hotel, don't let the fact that it's not right in the centre of Krakow out you off. Still a brilliant base to get around especially if you want a little bit of luxury. Couldn't fault our stay!

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! From the staff at reception, the restaurant and the rooms everything was… perfect! We loved our stay.

The hotel was very good but a little far from old town and there was not much round the hotel no resturants or bars so if you struggle with walking it might be to far to walk but there is a tram that takes you into old town and for a cheap price that runs well into the night and early morning breakfast was ok but abit expensive

Wonderful stay highly recommend
