The hotel was amazing it was 10/10 for cleanliness and very modern rooms. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The location is superb and in easy reach of everything. We stay 6 nights and would definitely return such a beautiful place

This was a short walk to Market Square. The parking is very tight, so a wider car will not fit. The overall feel was wonderful.

The property was very clean and safe, staff was friendly and the service was great. However they advertised it as two rooms and it was not. There was no kitchen just one big room separated by a bathroom and not a lot of privacy between the rooms plus the bathroom was glass and when the light was on you can see the shadow of the person showering. It wasn’t very private. They did have a fridge but stocked it with snacks to purchase so there wasn’t room to put your own things for breakfast. It was a hotel room. Nice but not what I expected

Rooms were larger than the usual European style rooms and the beds were actual queen size beds. Washroom was large. AC was very strong, a huge plus during the heat wave.

Place is great, clean and well positioned next to everything. Coffee shops, fast food, parks, resto and all.

Great location and great room!

Perfect location from the square. Lovely powerful shower

This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this property. Everything is faultless from the rooms to the location. This is the only hotel I will stay in whilst visiting Krakow

Beautiful room ideal location. Will definitely stay again.
