Carpet was quite soiled, otherwise room was fine. Food was good and staff were obliging and courteous.

Great location near Westminster and St James Park. Convenient to tube stations and river cruises. Staff was friendly and helpful; even called a black cab for us our last morning. The rooms were small but had all you needed and had loads of charging capacity. The bathrooms were basic amenities but spacious enough and very clean. Air conditioning was greatly appreciated as it was unseasonably warm in London. The adjacent lounge was awesome and totally unexpected! Great place to unwind, play cards and get a drink. Although we didn’t avail ourselves of the breakfast options, they looked very good. 24-hour coffee and tea service was also a big plus.

Important - if you don’t like microtels this place isn’t for you. But if you’re looking for a fantastic location at a reasonable price The Hub cannot be beaten. You’re in the heart of Westminster. All the key tourist spots are within a short walk. And the underground is right there as well. The hotel has A/C which is amazing and it has very reasonable breakfast that shouldn’t be missed. The only comments I can think of are - 1) no laundry facilities. So you better pack smartly, and 2) this part of town gets quiet pretty fast at night, which you might consider a plus. Again if you don’t mind a true microtel this is the spot for you!

Ideal for a short stay, needs to be better cleaned/ maintained. Rooms are small but serve their purpose- simple things like cups, tissues, extra towels are things you need to ask reception for when they should be readily available.

The room was a nice size and the air conditioning was great since it was needed. The breakfast was a selection of scrambled eggs and eggs over easy, bacon, sausage, croissants, pancakes, breads, yogurt, fruit and cereals. Coffee, teas and juices also. Well worth it. The amenities in the room were hand soap and hair shampoo. There wasn't a closet or furniture piece to store your clothes. I chose a room with a king size bed and it was comfortable but it was up against a wall so you needed to climb out if you were on that side. They did add this small push out area that had 5 hangers. (Not quite a closet). Our clothes were in packing cubes on the floor. Also, no safe to lock passport or valuables so we used our suitcase and locked it when we went out. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. I think a shelving piece for packing cubes or one dresser would have made a difference.

Great location, air conditioned and a great restaurant for breakfast in the lobby

Good location, next to many restaurants and shops. The air conditioning was great especially since we were there during the heat wave. Staff was nice and helpful.

Very nice stay for a couple nights. Small rooms with very limited space but did have luggage rack under bed that helped. Overall great stay.

Smallest room ive ever seen ther was no space to put my lougage for the price I paid not worth at all

The property is well situated in walking distance to each Westminster, Buckingham, and St. James Park. The rooms are small and amenities low for the price- you are definitely paying for the location. The rooms are too small for a fridge or coffee/tea station, and to store our two checked bags anywhere. The A/C struggled to get the room temp down, and kept resetting itself to 21 degrees. There was only a single USB charger, which was odd since the rest of the design was modern. Front desk staff was very helpful with directions and taxis. Housekeeping items were strange- no conditioner, no Kleenex, bed not made on arrival, and no washcloths.
