When booking check on the size of rooms. We were initially booked into a room that sleeps three, but it was very compact. In that room we had issues with the Air Conditioning not working properly and the staff were very helpful to get us in a different room with better functioning air conditioning and more room. Property is very centrally located in London’s theatre district and is in walking distance to popular attractions such as Buckingham Palace and Westminter Abbey. Staff at the property were very helpful and did everything to ensure our stay was a pleasant one!

Central location

we are a family of 5 frm canada, stayed at z hotel holborn last jul 26-31,2026. The location is perfect it almost walkable for everything ( british museum, convent garden, china town and more) The rooms are clean and staffs are very helpful. maybe add a little closet to store some stuff it would be perfect.

Paid £35 Because I know How To If People Want to Pay The Going rate it’s up to Them More The Cheese board with Red Rose Party But The 60 inch tele comfy Queen Bed with No Windows so can’t see the lowlifes That frequent Kingsway worked for Me I Stayed there because of The price not because I needed to.

The room was small, as expected but clean and well equipped. The air conditioning worked well, the bed was large and comfortable. The shower was ok but was difficult to lock in place,so it kept leaning towards the wall. The towels were nice and large. There were plenty of tea and coffee choices in the room but sadly no biscuits. The tv was huge and had all the sky sports and movie channels as well as tnt sports channels. There was a cooled water tap to refill water bottles in the cafe area. They were happy to keep our luggage before our room was available and after we checked out.

Clean, functional room. Perfect location. Small room but perfect for my needs. Ability to have a coffee and light meal in the hotel before setting out for the day. Affordable rates for this part of London. Quiet room considering busy location.

Great for a stay over in London at a reasonable price. Bed was a bit hard but that could just be preference. The room was clean and cool and staff were friendly and helpful. Good selection at breakfast. Would definitely choose Z Hotels again!

I have been staying here before and love the hotel, the rooms, the location and the prices. However, I was not aware that if you book a double room, (for 2 adults) they charge you for an xtra person. This was not clear at all when I booked.

The cleaning standards were ok, the TV in the bedroom suffered from a poor signal and interference. The team did not listen and half way through checking in started a conversation between themselves, no apology or excuse me. Poor customer management. And then insisted on completing the info dispite me saying I have stayed serval times and was in one of their sister hotel the previous night !!

Great location, but the AC in the room was not functioning and could barely keep the room cold enough for a comfortable sleep. Also the AC filters were caked with dust which I cleaned myself to try and improve the airflow but that did nothing.
