The rooms are very small. We upgraded and ended up with a very small windowless room. We booked for two people and were only given one towel. You have to ask them to clean the room if you want it cleaned

The free coffee and tea was a nice touch, rooms were very clean and modern The staff was friendly and helpful

The staff were amazing! And the location of the hotel was perfect. We could walk to a lot of the main attractions or walk to the Underground station right across the street! I Highly recommend this hotel.

I only have one concern and that there would be more options for breakfast

Location was amazing, a few steps from the tube. You could hear the plumbing from the rooms above, but I wasn’t overly loud. Overall a good hotel with a great location.

Lovely centrally located hotel. Wonderful breakfast.

The Hub hotels are all over the world, and are all exactly as advertised. No frills, but perfectly appointed rooms. All was well.

Easy to get around and close to a lot of sites.

Breakfast was simple and fresh every morning. Staff was terrific
