What was unique about this stay was the magnitude 6 earthquake we experienced during our stay!

Staff are very helpful, easy to check in/ out.

Clean and nice

The room and staff were excellent

The staff are outstanding, even came outside the hotel lobby to assist me with my heavy bag cause car was parked blocking the ramp access

On a budget? Need a centrally located hotel for a night or two. Close to food outlets and shops. This will do you nicely. No frills or extras, just good value and friendly staff.

Nice hotel inconvenient location room was rather small but certainly all I needed for a couple of nights stay

The AC was inadequate for the room to cool down and the hotel has a limited parking space. Staff were helpful and friendly though.

The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City.
