Clean rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, good dinner options on-site as well as coffee and cheesecake restaurant there in the lobby. Super friendly staff too. Will be back.

Staff was very … well, rude. The front desk at least. Room service was laughable, no knife with pork chops, had to request our drinks 3 times ( for water ). Food was so poorly prepared. Just bad. Fish was soggy and old tasting. Pork chops were the driest meat I have ever been served. Judging by the Luke warm temp, I would guess they were in a chafing dish precooked Just Terrible. Most extensive check in process including an eight part waiver of liability. It was prepaid through Expedia an we got in late. I could go on but why bother. They will not care.

A beautiful little hotel. For breakfast, they made better-than-average eggs and the French Toast was awesome! Small but good buffet. They keep your water glasses full - a big plus in my book.

The hotel was modern and clean. Both restaurants were very good. Ruth at the front desk was very helpful and Chester made an excellent cafe mocha. We did not care for the restroom. The only place to hang your towel was inside the shower, no hooks, nowhere to place toiletries, no counter space around the sink.

No, I called them to cancel and move the dates due to major typhoon here in Leyte and beyond. They would not bend with me nor with the Expedia representative. Thus I lost out on the money. They knew the typhoon was a catastrophe.

Staff was very helpful from the front desk to the restaurant and housekeeping department. Mervyn, Angelyn and Hannah were the best.
