Really nice room for four people and breakfast was included which was amazing.

The only spot in Tacloban if opting for a bit of premium experience.

We had a great overnight stay in XyZ Tacloban. The staff were quite helpful and the room was perfect.

Long delay more than an hour before our 2 rooms were available for check in. Front desk staff were less than forthcoming with keeping us informed about what was going on, to the point of being somewhat dishonest. Disappointing. I've stayed at xyz several times in recent years. This is the first time I've considered going elsewhere.

Absolutely loved my stay at Hotel XYZ Tacloban! The room was modern, spotless, and super comfortable—especially the bed. Great location with easy access to everything in Tacloban City. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the whole experience—from check-in to check-out—was seamless. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ X C V b

Clean

As an American that had never seen real life cockroaches before, maybe I’m overly sensitive. Maybe it’s a common thing in the Philippines or in tacloban in particular? But we had to call staff for cockroaches in our room multiple times. And I’m a bit squeamish, so I didn’t sleep well at all. We booked the “fabulous” rooms. They have a queen bed upstairs and two twins downstairs. We also had a delayed check in. Several hours, because of some electrical issue? And I’m pretty sure I heard a rodent of some kind moving around in the rooms ceiling right over the bed. My wife laughed at me because she’s a tough cookie. Without the pests it would be quite a nice place. But I’ll never go back, thanks.
