Check in was good but after that we didn’t see another staff member for the next two days. The office was closed. No housekeeping. The darkest room with the least amount of lights I have ever stayed in. A lot of road noise. Did not feel like it was a good value.

Can’t speak for amenities we did not use like the pool, but the cleanliness, and comfort were excellent. We received quick and courteous response from staff.

We stayed at the motel portion over the weekend, 2 adults and 2 children. Location is great, within short distance to the Village and with many nearby restaurants. The room was clean and cozy with modern amenities. Reception staff were available and always courteous and helpful. The refrigerator came in handy as well. Shower drain in the unit was slow initially but the staff remedied that quickly. Lighting over the sink is somewhat dim, making it difficult to see the luggage area nearby in the dark. There is parking in front of the motel building but it fills up depending on occupancy, in which case one would have to find parking further away next to other property buildings. Its not a long walk but when coming back late with sleeping children can be a mild annoyance. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was awesome clean rooms easy check inn , Perfect for walking your dog, got a super affordable price for the 4th of July weekend, enjoyed the pool and playing horse shoes, watched the fireworks from the fire pit ,Definitely would stay there again in the future.

Everything was lovely. Plan on letting the staff know ahead of time if you want to use the sauna or cold plunge as those amenities aren't left open but everyone was happy to get them ready for us and it was great!

Pros- great location , easy parking , pool , folks are fairly updated , coffee maker , hairdryer , bath products provided, bed was comfy , lots of pillows. Cons- You can hear everything from the room above you, even someone zipping a zipper. Ask for an upstairs room. No info provided on hours of bar , people at the front desk , etc. shower doesn't have a curtain , just a clear liner , so hopefully nobody needs to use the toilet if someone is in the shower . Our room had live spiders and hair that wasn't ours in the bathroom , on the shower wall, even on the white sheets. Cute fireplace, but didn't appear operable . AC not working and we were not told that. We had a fan, but the room was very warm and we probably wouldn't have stayed there had we known this. We may try it again, they seemed to put a lot of effort into it all, just some things that would dissuade us from possibly trying again.

Unclean room with door falling apart and bed bugs :(.

The room was clean, staff was really helpful and attentive. Parking is limited near our chalet. The kitchen had all that we needed. The fridge was newer than other places. The only thing that didn't work in our chalet was the oven. The bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was a bit small since we stayed in a studio. I'd recommend this place because it's near big bear lake.

Great stay with friends and family. Beautifully hotels :)
