It was pretty good. Thank you

Nice and clean

Traveling can be extremely expensive. Starting with your room. I was concerned that the reasonable price would mean less quality. I was so happy to see the reviews were accurate. We had a very large two room suite with a fully stocked kitchen. It made it so convenient with our grandkids. it wasn't new, and no air, but it offered so many extras, it didn't matter. The location is central and I would absolutely stay here in the future.

Great place, great staff. Highly recommend.

The blanket were dirty and there’s bugs on the chairs, and there’s no house keeping after 5 PM because we’re asking for extra pillow and they said they don’t have access because there’s no more housekeeping at night.

What a wonderful, clean, and spacious place! The rooms were absolutely huge, and the staff was super friendly from start to finish. The location is great and incredibly convenient for getting around. We will definitely stay here again whenever we return to Big Bear

This is now the second time staying here and was not disappointed. Very spacious room with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Will be staying here again.

Great value, great location, and very spacious.

Amazing place! We would love to come Back! Our little one love it!

I couldn’t believe how large the apartment was with two full baths a large bedroom, full kitchen, and new furniture. My only complaint is that the oven did not work. I let the front desk know and they said they would contact maintenance, well it was never repaired. I would definitely stay here again. The location was great.
