Really cool space right on Mass Ave! We were in the fourth floor Studio which was clean and had all the amenities other small apartment. The memory foam bed was comfortable! Host communication was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!

Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. So many places to walk from here and you are just one block from the Orange Line. Additionally, grabbing an Uber/Lyft right out front is quick and seamless.

We had no heat for the entire stay- it was below 20 on some nights and we were freezing. We messaged some agent over and over and they kept having us trying to troubleshoot. Then they said they sent a technician which they did not. I never got anyone on the phone to speak to. They just kept texting me. I thought I was texting a bot.
Overall, the room was nice and spacious, and the decor was lovely however, the television only faces too awkward dining room chairs versus being able to articulate it and watch it from a comfortable spot.

The kitchen was fully equipped, and the place was very clean. It's conveniently located near universities and downtown, with everything within walking distance. However, I do wish there was an elevator—carrying luggage up to the fourth floor was quite a challenge. That said, the bed and sofa couch were comfortable, and we slept well.

Everything was great but bring earplugs because the road below is busy!
