Great location but small room

Great Seaport location

Room was tiny and not well laid out. Said the bed was a queen but looked and felt like a full size. Rooms were expensive, so was the restaurant. No good place to put luggage. Sink area was very small. No fridge to store thing. No outlet on one side of bed. Stains on carpet. Shower leaked. You can say I stayed twice all in first visit....first and last time.

this was a new experience for us as we had never stayed in a Yotel before. The rooms are small but there is almost every thing needed. Our only suggestion is to find a space for a small refrigerator so one can store drinks or snacks. Also the beds are not really made in size for two slightly large adults. We did sleep well but felt like one of us might fall out the side. Loved the food offerings, having bar on premises. Location superb for grabbing a cab or using metro to get to other areas of city.

It was nice and clean. Our room cramped, but the expandable bed made it work. Asked for a medical fridge, and they said it would be delivered to our room, but we never got it.

No complains, everything was good for the one night stayed.

Unbelievably kind staff my flight was very late and Cassie who checked me in was kind and helpful assisting me in all areas. Thea have a late check out til 4 pm for a very reasonable rate which was very helpful! Morning staff also friendly and helpful! Highly recommend this hotel due to exceptional staff, customer service and location

Great location. We selected room with lofted bed, which was small but comfortable.
