Worth staying

We stayed here for a quick overnight as we had an early flight home. The room was small but well designed with everything that you need (and the most comfortable robes!). The front desk people were friendly and went out of their way to make sure our experience was great! They even called our rental car company to see if we could return the car at a closer location! Great experience!

Great hotel, clean, modern and close by to everything.

Rooms were very clean - well laid out but tight for more than one traveller - was a business trip so no issues for myself. Well situated centrally, bar was also lively - Pineapple motif and bright yellow accents were cute and whimsical - enjoyable stay and good choice.

Great place to stay if you travel with dogs! The staff, especially Mitchell, was very friendly and professional, and everyone was willing to help. The room was clean and the housekeeping was well done. Wi-fi was not very reliable except for the lobby/bar area, which was very disappointing but I’m sure they can easily improve. All in all, we would definitely go back to this hotel!

In the center of Back Bay. Everything was within walking distance. Bar had all the concoctions and food. Friendly staff. Would stay there again.

My bill was more than quote. No closet. No ice. No room for large bag.
