Ramada has exceeded all expectations especially our special request

Parking was easy, no key entry at back doors (people could come in and out if they wanted). Back doors are locked at night, which is good…however meant long walk to car in the dark if you need to be moving in the early am. The rooms have not been updated in decades and smell. They didn’t appear super clean or maintained. Our toilet ran the entire time and not much lighting in bathrooms- maybe for a reason? lol Clean and updated pool area and fantastic meeting spot with tables and chairs for groups to gather- looks like hotel might be making improvements.

Bedding was stained, very outdated. The tv had to be fixed. Had to ask for a fridge in the room and was going to be charged daily for it. No microwave in the room. Cheap coffee maker . looks like maybe they are starting to renovate, not in good shape

I was transferred to Days Inn few days before my stay without consulting me or any compensation. Charged $19 for parking when it says $17 on the hotel website No safe in the room to secure important items

Front desk unprofessional

The hot tub was very relaxing and big enough for two. The room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The hotel staff were all very courteous and friendly. This was my first visit to this hotel and I would highly recommend it. Lots of off site parking was avaliable just across the street and the price was within industry standards.

First timer, have to say it was a very good experience. The room was clean and comfortable. Close to restaurants and Casino. Only down side is the parking, have to go across the street to park. Overall would definitely come back

Staff was great lots of close amenities for adults and families very close by. Room was very clean several restaurants on site including Starbucks for those late nights and early mornings..
