很好 Great stay. Small issue with A/C that was attended to, investigated, and fixed within 20 minutes. Fans provided just in case, room did not cool fast enough.

極佳 For a hotel that isn’t technically family-friendly, it definitely has all the features! The staff was wonderful and very welcoming. My 7-year-old nephew loved his stay in New York. The hotel is located on a nice street between LES and Chinatown, and it's near so many great places!
Highly recommend!

極佳 Check in was quick and the receptionist was so nice and professional. The room was clean. The entrance was very aesthetically pleasing. Many picturesque opportunity areas. There was a cute little cafe at the entrance as well. And the room booking included a credit to the cafe. The only thing was the elevator was a little confusing. You have to use your door card to use it.

極佳 All staff was extremely helpful and super courteous. The hotel aesthetic was awesome and we traveled all over the city and the walk to great dining / shopping was great and lots of access to subways within reasonable distance
