Make sure to check your room for basic necessities when you first arrive. Good luck otherwise. You CANNOT get in contact with the front desk staff. The 3 different phone numbers for the property are all intermediaries and absolutely unhelpful. Even the self help cabinets were near empty and missing the items we needed. We also tried to go direct to the front desk and they were not there when we most needed them. We waited over 15 minutes during business hours. Nothing. Spend the extra $ to go elsewhere where you'll be comfortable and get proper service.

I used to live in Tribeca. I came back to visit for a night. This place is a dump. It's not really a hotel. It's more like an upscale hostel. The check-in process must be done on the phone. Everything is electronic. There are no keys. Once i checked in on my phone I was supposed to be given an electronic code that give you access to the building and room. It took over 30 minutes to arrive before the "manager" had to escort me to the room and open it for me. I also needed to pay an additional undisclosed facility fee on site. The rooms are filthy. Dirt everywhere. The sink was clogged with grime back flowing from the pipes. There was little to no hot water. For $600 a night this was not worth it. Gross. Never again.

Check is supposed to be 4PM. They started cleaning our room at 4PM??

Awful, misleading property listed at a 4 star hotel. It’s 1-2 at best. Room was never cleaned in the 3 night stay. Zero amenities or staff.

The lobby was dirty with no desk attendant. Rooms appeared incomplete and not clean. Communication with ownership/corporate was ineffectual.

The check in process was a little challenging because we did not get the information for online check in, but Ravi was amazing, warm and welcoming, and helped us through check in. The location is very convenient.
