Room was clean at least but black mould on shower curtain, place felt more like a hostel than a hotel. There were separate toilets & showers on our floor. Noisy. No lift! Area is ghastly too

Not sure of the setup here but actually stayed in the sister hotel next door. Not sure I noticed the Mercedes ever be open. Everything was fine enough and ok for the price. Generally bedding and towels were clean. The room itself was clean although dusty in some neglected areas. The room smelled of smoke though and the bathroom light didn’t work. The room did have a balcony though which was nice. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again and think Expedia ought to check the listing details are accurate.

The room itself was clean, and so was the bed and bathroom. The carpet in the outside hall and steps smelled stale and at times like urine. The staff was nice and friendly. We arrived later than we had planned, but were welcome by the staff. The hotel is not as close to main attractions, but has lots of restaurants and stores around, and it’s within walking distance of the train station.

Staff was not cooperative

There was no reception facility on this hotel, it was written to go to reception on second building (which was another hotel). When we booked this hotel, it was mentioned that "parking available for the price of €4.50 per day but when we arrived in the hotel they were demanding €15 per night. We had to pay €30 per night for 2 cars.

Room was fine but the beds were infested with bed bugs and we have many bites.

Good at all

Property was old, in bad condition. Receptionist was rude upon check in. Breakfast staff were rude.

Very basic, but ok if you wanted a room just too sleep in and use the bathroom.

Make sure to clean up the room, bed sheet & Toilet. Do not kick out if someone still having breakfast, the time limit for breakfast is 10 AM, NEVER tell your guest at 9.35 AM to quick finish their breakfast. There is no common place that we can sitting in open space. Apparently, my room view was prostitution area, I didn't know this until in the next morning, no wonder there were a lot of noise at night.
