Great place to stay. Very convenient location. Good facilities.

Great location

Excellent location for many of Hamburg’s attractions. We had a room with kitchen and washing facilities - everything was efficient. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: Excellent customer service at the front desk Great location Cons: The AC did not blow cold air and unfortunately rattled loudly. The room was really hot and stuffy even with the window open. It was a rough night trying to sleep. The dryer did not work, which I didn’t realize until after I started the wash, so I had to pack damp clothes the next morning, It would have been far more helpful if the sign about the dryer was placed on the door of the washer/dryer unit itself.

Excellent location, our suite had everything we needed, including washing soap, teatowel, and coffee maker, and when we asked for extra tea and coffee we got it immediately. Very quiet in the room, no street noise. Reception staff were very helpful at any time of day.

Fantastic location and nice sized room. Would definitely stay there again.

Internet was unstable , sometimes falling completely out!

Not good value for money compared with others in the area. Slow and inattentive check in staff, bathroom door doesn’t fully close (open 2-4”) so not private if you’re sharing. Room cleaning every 3days unless you ask for more each day, even when requested they didn’t come. Parking is shared with the hotel next door, yet they charge €10more per night (€40). Avoid.

Our room was very clean and having the kitchenette and washer/ dryer was very convenient. The hotel is pretty easy walk from the main station or you can U1 subway line two stops to Mebberg station which is right outside the hotel. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Would definately stay here again.

The hotel staff was amazingly helpful and supportive in every way. They made out stay superior!
