Absolutely awful experience. Very dirty, uncomfortable and dangerous place! Especially all the drug addicted people on the street and on the entrance to the hotel. There is no way in the world that this awful hotel gets 3 stars... even one star too much for this garbage

The zone around it doesn't look that good at night

Hotel is dated but well kept. Only issue with the hotel is the street below and the environment around. There are far too many suspicious characters on the street. 5 mins walk from the train station feels scary at night. It is also quite a noisy neighbourhood at night.

lovely food

Staff was courteous and the room was clean. The hotel is close to the central train station for Hamburg, although the neighborhood is not great.

Have to go two floor by stairs with luggage. Then elevator/lift got. One more floor by stairs then receiption. It’s horrible for me to get reception with luggage. Out side noise. Room ok. Near central station. Price little high. Mohiuddin 6/11/25

Good central location to the train station but not the most quietest or safest area at night. Room was incredibly clean and service was great which made it fine to stay in for the price.

Very easy check in and very close to main train station. Neighborhood is quite busy and lively.

レセプションまで重い荷物を持って、長い階段を上がらなければならなかった。 部屋は香水の匂いが強かった。 窓を開けて換気していると、1階のケパブ屋の煙の匂いで満たされていた。 シャワーの排水が悪く、足元に汚い水が溜まった。 Defectionで働く受付の男は外国人で、愛想が悪く笑顔を見たことがなかった。

Did the job, near to Central Station, but meant there was a lot of external noise from the locals all through the night with shouting on the street, windows did not block out noise. Also a random empty bottle of vodka was left on the shelf in room from a previous occupant.
