Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, beds were comfy

The family room was good stayed here for 2 weeks Had a few issues , both aircon leaked they came to fix it Door didn’t lock they came to fix The pool was not very pleasant to swim in and the breakfast options were very limited the room was good for the price , would stay her again if looking for a cheaper option Heaps of mosquito and gecko get in the room

Lovely place supper relaxing and breakfast was on the money …definitely will always return for the jet bath on balcony

Hotel needs some work but staff were amazing

We booked the Tokyo suite and its worth every penny. Had to climb a flight of stairs (level 3) but WORTH IT. Gonna be out go to if we’re around Seminyak - Bali.

Ok for a quick stay from airport. Decent for the price for sure. Good overall, rooms nice breakfeast ok.

Staff were great, breakfast was free and quite nice, room and bathroom were lovely

Having access to the reception 24/7 was very comforting, especially with late check in. Hotel was clean and simple with a nice pool to swim in.

This property seems to look like a perfect place to stay till you get there the place smells moldy the breakfast is probably better in a soup kitchen tv in the room with no channels and the look in the picture can be described as false advertisement it’s more like a mosquito breading ground.
