The staff were beautiful and helpful. 10 min walk to the beach. Great eateries close by and Bintang Supermarket is a 5 min walk. The villa was ok. The fridge was Cold. When it rained, everything in the kitchen got wet. There was water leaking on the back wall into the dining room area. Making it quite dangerous to walk. The upper shower faced outwards towards the flooring, we asked for it to be fixed. It was replaced, however still did the thing. I put our dirty towels on floor to be washed, staff rolled them up and put back on rack uncleaned ( I know as my towel had a stain). The lock on the entry door to the villa broke, engineer fixed, but not well as we still had issues with locking and unlocking our front door. Tv in downstairs did not work properly and we had to get someone to look at it numerous times before being replaced. The decking around the pool is dangerous and needs replacing ASAP. The pool umbrellas have holes, and mould. The cushions under cabana are mouldy. And the cushion in the middle of pool is full of algae. NoN slip tiles would be advantages near the pool. The music, that comes from the next door building is Loud. It goes from around 10pm to 3 or 4am.

Good locations & quiet villa

Staff lovely. Pool wonderful. Using a dongle for Netflix a bummer, problems most nights, no staff there one night and had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to come to make it work. Close to a supermarket and a great Vietnamese restaurant. Villa too open hence lots of mosquitos, though staff helpful with providing coils to burn.

One place that was better than expected. Location is superb, close to BinTang Supermarket and away from the main road which meant it was very peaceful and quiet. Would have liked a more comfortable couch but it’s hard to fault this place too much for the price.

Nice property close to shops restaurants and Bintang supermarket Nice pool and very quiet except for weekend when noise from nightclub next door. Good breakfast delivered to villa rach day. Lovely staff. Property could do with waterblasting and painting on sude of main building facing the pool. Would stay again.

Good hospitality

Expect average but in an excellent location. Staff was courteous. My only gripes are the dining area is not enclosed and is hot - bathrooms were average and did not always flush. The pool is fantastic and close to supermarkets, massage and shopping. I think the place needs some updating. The air condition is fantastic. Overall 6/10.

The staff are so great Especially Nyoman he was always there to help especially when needed he is a great asset to Kulmpa kulmpa
