This property is far from the pics advertised only good this about this property is the front desk clerk and the location this property needs a major update the elevator dirty the pool is like a backyard pool the room had a stintch its very dated needs alot of tlc

Very friendly staff, clean room , good breakfast

Clean, well presented, good air conditioning. Great buffett breakfast. It’s what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff are attentive and polite. I would say that the room needs a little extra cleaning attention to be up to covid standards - window glass around bathroom , tv covered in hand marks. I travel with cleaning products for my own protection and give my room a thorough clean before unpacking. Breakfast was good for the price. If you are looking for a low cost option the harris seminyak is a great deal.

Very comfortable, convenient area and pretty quiet. Good amenities like the gym and pool. Food was also surprisingly good, though I only had a piza.

The staff here is wonderful. And the property is clean, safe and affordable.

It was a great place to stay. I liked the well-equipped gym and swimming pool.

Breakfast was excellent, as were all of the staff. Room are well kept and clean an showers work well. Easy to get transport directly at the front which the security guards are happy to help with. Very good value for money.
