We love this hotel but it has certainly not maintained the pre covid ameni

Great position for sight-seeing (esp. as close to Grand Central. Clean, large enough room with everything we needed. Very comfy bed and quiet enough room. The best thing was the coffee, cans and snacks that were available 24/7 in The Reading Room. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

The nicest people work at the Library Hotel. The rooms are adorable and the second floor lounge was so welcome and had what we needed as a snack and a drink. Made it up to the rooftop bar at 10:45- beware it closes at 11pm. Wish we had gone earlier- it looked great with a view of the Empire State Building. The rooms are little- but you are in NYC to explore, not hang in the room. It’s close to easy cab hailing, restaurants, theater, shopping. The book theme is clever and works great so close to the main branch. I’d love to see other rooms. We’ll return!

There reading room was available 24 hours/day, stocked with cold drinks, coffee and snacks. Staff was very friendly. A wonderful boutique hotel.

Wonderful staff and lovely surroundings

The hotel needs upgraded. The blinds in the room did not work properly.Terrible traffic and construction noises throughout the evening making it almost impossible to sleep. The amenities are great with the guest lounge offering complementary water, snacks drinks throughout the day. However, I could never stay here again. Restaurant was good.

The room was clean although the carpet could use a deep clean/be replaced. Loved the second floor coffee, snack area, it was nice to get bottled water and snacks at our convenience. The staff was very good at directing and getting us taken care of throughout our stay.

Every employee is friendly and helpful

I love all of the books!! The location down the street from the library was lovely! This place was perfect for me and my daughter for a weekend getaway!
