Excellent stay!

Parking next door was very convenient and lobby was lovely. Aroma in lobby was delightful but room smelled musty and when the air conditioner was running, it made a loud, constant rumbling sound. Used earbuds to block noise while we slept. We paid extra for breakfast but it was essentially credit for the coffee shop off the lobby. We only stayed one night, but think we'll choose a different hotel when back on NYC.

The overall experience was pretty good. The only downside was there have construction going on the building. It is a little loud during their working hours.

Manager and staff were fantastic

We arrived early and the hotel stored our luggage which was great but our room was guaranteed to be ready by 4:00 and it was well after 4:00pm that we were able to get into our room. We parked at the adjacent garage. At check out, no one told us our car would be twice as much to park because it was an SUV. Very disappointed.

Good rooms good location good experience. Hot water was a small issue.

The staff was great and clean hotel but the air in the room was set at 65 and it was always hot in there like 75 and if your room is on the side as the Main Street you will hear sirens all day and night ask to be on the same side were it is a side street

Best location, super easy to get in and out of while still being in the thick of it! We walked to Broadway shows and dinners easily, and the nearby subway entrance got us downtown quickly as well. The staff is really friendly, always someone at the front door to greet you, and the check-in desk ladies are very sweet. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, AC and hot water worked great. Highly recommend!
