The only good thing about this hotel is location. You are paying for convenience and its location. Rooms are old and
Outdated and falling apart. Cleanliness is not good either. Like I mentioned before location is a 10/10 and it’s very convenient to get around from hotel to City. Subways and Metro North, Long Island Railroad all close to get to hotel from JFK because it’s located at Grand Central Station.

For whatever reason there was trash in the wastebaskets in the room but the room was otherwise clean. The people at the front desk were super friendly and helpful but the person at the market/convenience shop was super rude. AC wasn’t particularly cold but it helped cool off the room. AMAZING location!

Staff were super friendly and helpful; room was very clean and quiet; we stayed during the record heat waves in NYC, the air conditioning was super powerful and comfortable; and the location is unbearable. We will definitely come back.

I can’t say enough good things about the management team at this hotel. We had an issue with our original reservation, and they handled it with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. Instead of making us feel like just another booking, they took the time to listen, quickly found a solution, and made sure we were completely taken care of.
Their willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a stressful situation into a wonderful experience. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority here, and that level of customer service is hard to find. Because of the outstanding management, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again. Highly recommended!
