第五大道酒店 (The Hotel @ Fifth Avenue)

The hotel was a little tricky to find, it is tucked in amongst shops on the street. But I was very pleasantly surprised how lovely it was . Check in and check out was quick and easy. The room while compact had everything I needed. Everything was extremely clean and the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay again on a future trip to NYC.

It was close to all the action

Very nice staff

The air conditioning sounded like a freight train, the wifi didn’t work in our room and the front desk guy in the afternoon appeared to be inconvenienced when we asked any questions. The hot water took 10 minutes (not even exaggerating) to come through. The room was never fully dark due to the gap around the door. Location was great for what we needed. And all other staff were kind and helpful.

Very convenient and reasonably priced property. Great location!! Staff was helpful and accommodations confortable. Would stay again

The location was great to the train station in particular as well as all the other local places The place was simple and clean just what I needed

The hotel was very clean, quiet, and in a great location! The air conditioning was the best to come back to after being outside in the heat and humidity. The only downside, and it's not anything major, was most of the ice machines were out of order except for the one on the fourth floor. Overall, we had a great experience though and would definitely stay here again!

What I like: Walking distance of diff places. What I did not like: the bed not that comfortable and the aircondition automatic mode is making noise when going on.

Location

No shower liner, only one extra roll of toilet paper for the family room, phone didn’t work, the elevators took forever (one working elevator), easy access to subway, close to Empire State Building, close to Times Square, the bathroom window was located right in front of the shower (not sure if it was see through or not).
