The front desk was amazing. They were accommodating, friendly and very helpful.
Our television wasn’t working when we got there and Julio came to the room and was terrific. He went above and beyond to help fix the problem. He was so friendly. He deserves a raise!

Positives: The location is excellent for us. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The restaurant was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives: The a/c needed to be fixed twice and the elevators weren’t working when departing.

We had an early flight and was able to get an early check in. No hassle, no problem! If anything, the two 50+ inch flat screen in our room were a bit out of sync, so it created a slight audio echo effect..../s
