Elevators are terrible- plan an extra 45 minutes to get down.. or up

I genuinely found a centipede in my bed as I was checking out, meaning i’ve been sleeping in a bed for two nights hugging all the pillows and sleeping with a centipede just crawling around in the same bed.

Awesome hotel. Staff was attentive. Excellent location. We'll be back.

Really loved it! It was small, but so friendly, great area, clean and a special find. Highly recommend 💖

I was allowed to check in early at no extra cost.

The room was small and their lifts are always busy and never easy to catch Staff was not really helpful in accommodating the needs

The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was kept very clean and the room was good. The only problem were the elevators- for the entire 40+ floors, there were only three small elevators that only worked about half the time. Other than that, the hotel was good. If you are looking to stay with family of 3 or 4 members then suggest a different place. Good for business and office visits.

Great job on timelines with housekeeping stayed on the 42 floor remove small but clean?

Clean room and nice amenities:)

Appreciated the quieter part of town.
