Basic hotel for high price point.

Excellent location and solid price point.

Good location. Free breakfast not as good as Best Western. Awful coffee and no juices offered. Cold bakery goods. No toasters, microwave, or auto espresso like every nice European Hotel. This is a Marriott on Manhattan Island. It felt like a Howard Johnsons

Stay was ok, the noise level in the room is high compared to other properties (e.g., you can hear the room next door, and flushing from above) Car valet service is very slow, when we checked out, it took them one hour to get our car (on a Monday around noon, which was not busy at the hotel) even as we complained to the door man and then the manager, they didn't do anything to expedite.

Great hotel highly recommend

Generally a good 4 star hotel in lower Manhattan away from the madness of Times Square. The lack of working lifts to the higher floors (above 16) was problematic in that a 15 minute wait happened at peak times.

The Marriott is located next to Ground Zero, transportation, attractions, etc. The FIDI area is a bit calmer than midtown, which is why we chose FIDI. The room was comfortable including bed, shower, quiet, and it had two chairs! WiFi and TV stations were great.
