Had to move 3 times because they moved me into the wrong room x 2. For the price I paid It definitely needs an upgrade. Breakfast was good, staff was great, drinks also good.

Pool had to be reserved in the afternoons for a approx $50 per person charge with minimum food/drink orders. Even if you are ok spending the money, it is not ideal for a quick dip.

The hotel is perfectly locted but the pool hours and rules are too restrictive for a 5*. it is not normal for hotel gustes to have to pay/reserve for the pm which is the most enjoyable time by the pool. This has to change

Stunning room, lovely welcoming check in staff. The only slightly negative would be the service in the restaurant. Lots of wait staff standing around chatting with their backs to the room so difficult to get served at times but the food was good

很好 Very nice central location. Rooms a bit tight. Good 4 star. Not happy with spa , said $50 for hotel guests off a $215 massage. Then said it was only for one person, then said ok will give for both. Then said 20% tip was on the full price. Seemed like they were trying to scam the last cent out of us

View of the Empire State Building was amazing and location great but that’s where it ends.. the fire alarm went off falsely three times (twice at around 2am), our room wasn’t cleaned one of the days and the staff were pretty rude and unhelpful, wouldn’t recommend staying here.
