On arrival the first impression was that the place was just what we wanted. It getting a bit dated with wearing carpet and due for a good Reno.Beautifully situated near the. outlet of the Kawerau River with beautiful mountain views. Entrance etc all online with key PIN number supplied. We did meet a staff member by coincidence who helped with the car parking . Car parking is a bit of a mess with one car way down the road in the prepaid parking and the other two having to fight roadside with others. I thought I had not parked our first car correctly but emails from the Manegers and the car park Company were very helpful and reassuring. Kitchen ok and being over three levels the three family groups had their own space which is a plus. Happy with the place and will use again and recommend to others. The tough parking the only negative issue.

The unit door was unlocked and open at the 3:00 check-in time. I never received a code to lock and unlock the door from the exterior

Great kitchen, easy to check in. Good communication.

1. Check-out time is 10am, but house keepers come in at 9.30am. Try to push you to leave even it is not check-out time yet. Very terrible! 2. Asked for lake view and higher level room, but turns out we were given a room that located at the lowest level of a sharp corner of the road. Very terrible location. 3. The curtains are too transparent, people can see inside our bedroom even the curtains are closed. Very terrible design. 4. Facilities are too aged and broken. I would not choose this apartment anymore, not worth for value.

The property is located in a nice area, close to the airport and about 20 minutes drive from Queenstown. Parking is not convenient and guests with accessibility requirements will need to consider this as there are a lot of hills between the car park and the property. The apartment itself is spacious, however requires a more thorough maintenance review as many light bulbs did not work, there is an insufficient amount of dishes to eat meals and limited dishwasher amenities (however these were replenished on request). The dryer and oven also did not work. Furniture was a little worn and required a clean and the apartment smelt stale on arrival. The staff however were helpful and efficient.

Very worn, many lights burnt out including in the shower. Skimpy plates, cutlery, etc.

Very disappointing stay. The property is poorly maintained and not clean. The heater in the toilet did not work, the carpet is old and damaged, and the entire apartment is dark with unpleasant decoration. There are visible maintenance issues, such as broken wall paint and a loose shower head. Water pressure is extremely low. The layout of the property is confusing and uncomfortable. The doors were labeled with letters (A, B, C), which made the place feel like it had been converted from a clinic, hotel, or other commercial space rather than a proper residential accommodation. Cleanliness is a major concern — we found a used sock left in the room, which clearly shows the place was not properly cleaned. This accommodation does not meet basic standards and is not worth the price. Would not recommend.

Enjoyed the clean room, view from the patio, and spacious area.

The view was beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed. We were travelling as a family of four (two adults and two teens) and there was plenty of space. The staff were lovely and we really appreciated the mid-stay complimentary clean. The free parking was a great bonus too.
