景苑套房&公寓酒店 (Garden Court Suites And Apartments)

Second time we have stayed there but not as impressed. The room was a excellent size but there was a small amount of mould in bathroom. The service of housekeeping was disappointing- we stayed 6 nights and asked to change our towels one time half way through our stay, by leaving the towels on the floor and they took but did not replace. When got back that afternoon I had to go to reception to get towels myself. Also, the shower had a ridiculous size screen that hardly kept the water in and the shower head wouldn't stay up without hooking it under the bath tap. (See photo) Had to also ask a number of times for refilling milk and coffee.

The staff are friendly & helpful. The location is very convenient and the parking in front of the room was great. However it is a budget accommodation in a good location, so the amenity is not the best and you get what you pay for. Overall it was a great stay.

I literally don't have any complaints. Everything was clean, staff were friendly and there was parking for the most part. The parking spaces themselves were a bit narrow and small, so it did take some time to actually park. It is also very close to Central Queenstown which made the place even a lot better than I thought.

Bonne expérience. Bon emplacement par rapport à la ville. Parking sûr. Je le recommande.

Fabulous

Parking included was good. Location was good close to shops

Needs attention to customer service policy

Great location, covered parking, TWO patios, nice sized rooms and BONUS - a washer and dryer! We’ll be back.

Lovely people very helpful. It is a great place to stay.

Great location and easy to walk to the town. Room and facilities excellent and great value
