皇后镇湖岸盛橡度假酒店 (Oaks Queenstown Shores Resort)

星级评定以住宿信息（酒店提供的服务及设施等）综合因素为准，仅供参考

We enjoyed our stay, service was great nice peaceful with beautiful views, i didn’t realise they where under construction but there was no noise, the signage could be bigger when coming from the road over all great place

View was beautiful. Everything was there that we needed. Quiet.

My wife and I took a hotel room at the Oaks Queenstown for six nights on the occasion of a family wedding in Queenstown. We found the room to be spacious with a king bed (two singles pushed together), a table and two comfortable chairs. The bathroom was well equipped. One interesting feature was the mirror, which was backlit but which also had a small heated area in the middle of the mirror to disperse steam and allow a clear view for hairdressing etc. Housekeeping was timely and adequate, The room had a door to the outside and pathway to allow for short walks. We took breakfast only once. It was along continental lines (cereals/toast) but we did have cooked eggs. The prices were slightly upward of what we have been used to. Mention does need to be made of the topography of the hotel, and this is in no way a criticism of the hotel. It is built on multiple levels on the side of a hill. The access driveway from the main road to reception and thence the car garage is very steep. Luggage bags with wheels need to be well controlled at the reception door. To get to our room we had to walk along the driveway and take two elevator rides to get to our room level. Guests with mobility issues would be advised to contact the resort prior to booking to ensure they can move around the complex. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay.

Best location , best service and the view is spectacular

Beautiful view, clean and spacious room

Perfect place to stay. Great views, awesome room with great facilities. Free shuttle to town is added bonus. Great staff! Highly recommend.

Great location, check-in process, and very clean rooms!

Clean Room, little choice at breakfast but staff amazing especially Shara very helpful. Not close to shops shuttle in. The bar closed and no restaurant. And building site going on around when walking from room to breakfast & reception. Access to Lake closed.

They wanted to clean the rooms at 8.30am, we asked them to come back later, they never did. It happened again on the 2nd day. I went to reception to ask for a room cleaning. The receptionist said she would inform the cleaners, it it never happened. This is very disappointing.

Have stayed here before - The location and view is magnificent - 2 Bedroom apartment spacious and comfortable - Very close to town
