Positives: Great location and easy walk to wharf area, restaurants and shops. Big comfortable beds. Cons: Booked balcony mountain view room but room was at end of hallway and was mainly overlooking large roof space and aircon units with offices across the street. Could only see mountains in background if you out on the balcony and looked left or right. Unfortunately would not be sitting on the balcony to enjoy that view - very disappointing. Had better views on our other accomodations around the South Island

Only fault was pod coffee machines in room - coffee not hot. Recommend coffee sachets to match tea selection.

Happy with everything except smart tv

Excellent staff and fantastic location.

The staff is great. The hotel is conveniently located. Delicios food at their restaurant. The rooms need a makeover.

The buffet breakfast was an awesome spread of food suitable for everyone. Our room was both clean and comfortable with the bonus of a big bed very comfy pillows and a balcony with a view. To have our car safe and valet parked overnight was a real bonus.

A very nice hotel. Polite and friendly staff.

Location in Queenstown is perfect for eating out, joining tours and shopping.

Staff were exceptionally helpful. Breakfast is greater
