excellent staff

The room was on the first floor next to the gate , so every time people come in and out I hear the door , room wasn’t clean , my bed fell of and I had to call for help , they charge u extra For new towels and take the trash out , the bedroom didn’t flush properly . Location is 5/5 the rest is not that good .

Location of hotel was easily accessible. Staff helpful. Hotel very clean. We have stayed here before and would stay again.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly and breakfast was nice and hot.

Nice clean rooms, only issue was that the bed was too high for my mom-we had to pull the chair over for her to get on the bed. Employee said they get asked for step stools a lot due to this.

Excellent place

Holiday Inn Express rep is “good room, decent rate, consistent from property to property.” HIE St Augustine measures up - exactly what I wanted for this trip.
