The front desk checked us into our room knowingly there was a sewage backup spillage in the hallway with foul smell entering our room whenever we opened our door. The toilet inside the room has large rusty ring at the base and the toilet did not flush properly. The carpet in the room we stayed in feels soggy with moisture buildup. We will never stay at this hotel.

The lobby area was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The 3rd floor room smelt of wet dog. The hall carpet was loose and rolled up in places making it hazardous for my friend on crutches.
