The room was not clean, the sheets were dirty and stained, The room smelled bad. The toilet was loose and it didn't flush properly. The shower was broken. The parking space was terrible. Staff was a little rude. Breakfast was good.

Room was decent, it kinda had that hotel room smell.. parking was limited, especially on the weekend when they are booked.

We booked this hotel because it is pet friendly. Our room was clean and perfect for our dogs because there was no carpet-a plus in pup world. There is plenty of green grass areas to walk dogs and baggies are provided. The front desk staff was helpful and pleasant. We did have a problem with the toilet not flushing correctly but it was handled quickly. We will definitely stay again.

The rooms are very clean and the staff was super nice. The location is perfect. Beach access is right across the street and there are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The breakfast was terrible but other than that, I'd go back.

The hotel is close to the beach. You have to pay extra for parking, daily and there is not a secure spot on premises but only outside the fence/wall. Our beds were smaller than what we reserved, supposed to be 2 queen beds. Staff was disinterested in helping or just being nice. The kids tracked some water from the bathroom, we wiped the floor, the towel was almost black from the “cleaned” floors. We had to request cleaning otherwise it’s every two days. Bring a blanket, they practice provide two things sheets and nothing else. Rooms and bathrooms have nice updates but overall poor experience . We will stick with an Airbnb next time.

Slow Wi-Fi’ barely any service heads up everything else was great

Very convenient location. Beach access right across the road. Plenty of restaurants and shops near by and only 10 minutes from downtown St Augustine. Free hot breakfast and friendly staff. Only complaint is having to pay for parking and dogs must be crated if you don’t take them with you throughout the day. But overall I would stay again.

The gentleman who was working the late evening shift on our arrival was sitting in the dark office and had music blasting out of a speaker. There was no indication that we had to pay for parking and the paper we signed said $10 but he charged $30 for the weekend. He then pointed to a sign hidden behind other documents at the other end of the desk stating parking was $15 per night. We then got to our room, which was NOT cleaned. There were stains on the sheets and pillow cases, hairs all over the bathroom (floor, sink, counter, shower), the toilet was dirty, the floors literally turned our feet black. The door didn’t have a full seal, allowing the heat and outside noise to come in. The pool could only accommodate 10 people. The location directly across from the beach was the only positive to this stay. Unfortunately, the reviews gave an all around different impression of what we were booking but we would not book this stay again.
