Everything was amazing at this hotel!! Would definitely stay here again. My only complaint is the hotel doors not offer complimentary ocean front beach chairs you have to rent them at $40 per day for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella additional chairs are $8. FYI parking is $60 a day or you can rent your car by the day at the hotel and park free. You really don't need a car. Most tours will pick you up and you can walk to most places. Uber/Lyft if you need it.

Fantastic hotel, with lovely staff. Well equipped, large rooms, with great views (room 1251). Cleaned daily with fully stocked coffee machine. Nice 'smallish' pool area but right on the beautiful beach. We had an amazing and relaxing 2 week stay. Friendly atmosphere, with a mixture of couples and families. Close to all the amenities, great location.

First of all, they gave us the room which we had noisy neighbors at the 8th floor. From our first to 6th day stay, they banged on the door so loud starting at 11:00 PM until 1:00 AM. It wasn’t every hour but it sounds like they are hitting the wall too. We were thinking they were drunk. There was one time only 1 elevator is functioning and we had a leak under our sink on our last night. The housekeeping did their job keeping the room clean but on our first day, i don’t think they changed the bedsheets because it was very itchy. So we requested them to change it on our second day. Hotel staffs are nice, friendly, and helpful. I don’t know if we will come back to this hotel. We did not like our stay.

Loved the location, short walk to resturants and shops, on the beach too. Monkey Pod resturant is amazing, great breakfast and dinner.

Really nice property with excellent staff. Rooms have been renovated and have everything you coukd want- coffee maker, iron, blow dryer, safe, etc.
The monkeypod restaurant is phenomenally good, right ON the ocean, with the nicest waitstaff you will find anywhere.
Although the property is ON the beach, it has just a spit of sand and you must go out to the street and walk a bit to access Waikiki proper, instead of just strolling down the beach.
Great property, but next time I will be down the beach at the Outrigger or the Sheraton.
