We loved close proximity to everything, loved the beach. However, there were not nearly enough servers for all the people near the pool.
The price to rent umbrellas and chairs was $100 a day and unfortunately, sitting with our towels in front of the hotel got difficult after 2 PM because the tide would come in and wipe out all the sand. So unless you had beach loungers all your things got soaked.
I was yelled at by one of the workers renting beach loungers for putting my things on the chair. I just don’t think they pay enough attention to customer service like they do in other hotels. I’ve been to the staff needs to learn better skills.
The pool is also very crowded and the adult pool really is small with difficult to get drink service

Amazing resort! Absolutely loved everything here. Super clean. Rooms were tidied up every day.
Bathroom has a bidet toilet which was excellent! Stayed on the 29th floor with a view of Diamond Head and it was absolutely worth it! There were families here, but did not feel overrun with kids- which was great. Lawsons on the main floor had all snacks, toiletries, sunscreens we needed. The Honolulu cafe has great coffee and small breakfast bites. Definitely coming back!

Best family vacation hotel on the island. Safe, clean, and accessible to everywhere you would want to go with kids. Truly couldn’t have had a better time, prepare to spend a lot of time ah the water slide if you’re coming it’s kids.

We have some bugs in the rooms, the front desk was out of first aid & the toilet ammenties were not working.
Other then that it was a good stay!

The rooms were beautiful. The pool is fun for kids and the beach access is convenient. I would stay there again. Restaurants and shops are within short walking distance
